Made this last spring for my FIL – the Number of Years stamp set was still current (still sad that one is no longer available). Based off of a card by Connie Stewart (simplysimplestamping.com).
Colors are Blueberry Bushel, Basic Gray and Whisper White. I used the Make a Difference stamp set to personalize the inside.
I was trying to make this card today and the numbers are way bigger than the 2 x 2 squares. How did you get them to fit?
I found that the numbers for width wise, and used the fact that they didn’t fit height wise as a feature to make it look like an actual odometer, with the top of the top two numbers missing, and the bottom of the bottom two numbers missing. I stamped on larger cardstock and cut down to size to make it easier to stamp.
